God Is a Rewarder
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
(Hebrews 11:6 KJV)
Faith is more than believing that God exists. It is believing that He is exactly who He says He is and that He rewards those who seek Him. One of the primary purposes of man's existence is to seek the Lord, and not only that, but also to find HIm. God delights in those who come to Him with a desire to know HIm, trusting in His goodness and in His promises.
The Lord invites us to seek Him diligently. This speaks of a heart that continually turns toward God, desiring His presence, His wisdom, and His will, and the opportunity to fellowship with Him. God honors those who earnestly seek Him.
The greatest reward God gives us is not merely the blessings He provides, but the privilege of knowing Him for who He is. As our relationship with Him deepens, we discover that His presence is the richest treasure we possess.
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
(Jeremiah 29:13 KJV)
Take time to seek the Lord today with a sincere heart. As you draw near to Him, you will find that He is always faithful to reveal Himself to those who diligently seek Him.
